These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the ViajAI mobile application and its related services. By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Service description
ViajAI is a travel planner that generates itineraries with artificial intelligence and offers tools for group travel: shared itineraries, expense tracking and splitting, a travel document wallet, and entry requirement information per destination. It also links to partner sites to search for flights and accommodation.
2. Accounts and eligibility
To use ViajAI you must be at least 13 years old and create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity performed from your account.
3. AI-generated content — important notice
Itineraries, recommendations and entry requirement information are generated with artificial intelligence and are informational only. They may contain errors or be outdated: schedules, prices, availability and immigration rules change constantly. Always verify relevant information (visas, documents, schedules, bookings) with official sources before traveling. ViajAI is not responsible for travel decisions made based on content generated by the App.
4. Group features and conduct
When you join a travel group, you share the itinerary and expenses with its members. You agree not to use the App for illegal or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights, and not to send mass unsolicited invitations.
5. Third-party bookings
ViajAI does not sell airline tickets, accommodation or other travel services. Flight and hotel searches direct you to partner sites (through the Travelpayouts affiliate network) where the purchase is made directly with the provider, under their own terms. ViajAI may earn a commission for completed bookings; this does not affect the price you pay. Any claim about a booking must be addressed to the corresponding provider.
6. Shared expenses
The expenses feature is an informational record between group members. ViajAI does not process payments, does not transfer money between users and does not act as a financial institution. Displayed balances do not constitute enforceable debt.
7. Wallet documents
You are responsible for the documents you choose to store in the wallet and for carrying valid original documents when traveling. The wallet is a convenience copy and does not replace official documents.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its brand, design and software are the property of ViajAI. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. The content you upload (documents, expenses, notes) remains yours; you grant us the minimum license necessary to store it and display it to you and your group.
9. Prohibited use
- Using the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempting to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization.
- Reverse engineering, scraping or abusive automated use of the service.
- Reselling or sublicensing the service without written authorization.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, providing notice when reasonable.
11. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ViajAI be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including losses from travel decisions, third-party bookings or service unavailability.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
13. Changes and contact
We may modify these Terms; significant changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change implies acceptance. Questions: soporte@viajai.cl.
