These Terms govern use of ViajAI. By creating an account or using the service you accept them together with the Privacy Policy.

1. What ViajAI is

A web application for generating AI itineraries, coordinating groups, recording expenses and storing travel documents.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and do not share single-use access codes.

3. AI-generated content

Itineraries are informational and may contain errors. Always verify visas, documents, prices and availability with official sources before traveling or booking.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for illegal purposes, fraud or harassment.
• Do not upload malware, credentials or unlawful content.
• Do not bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA or security controls.
• Do not access another user’s trips or documents.

5. Groups, expenses and documents

Collaboration shares information with authorized trip members. Balances are informational records — ViajAI does not transfer money or act as a bank. You are responsible for files you upload.

6. Plans, payments and subscriptions

You can organize trips for free. Unlocking AI generation and editing requires a per-trip payment or an annual plan, at prices published in the app and on viajai.cl. The optional TikTok insights add-on has an additional cost when available.

• Web: payments are processed through Mercado Pago. ViajAI does not store card numbers or security codes.
• iOS: in-app purchases are processed by Apple under its terms; RevenueCat syncs plan status with our account.
• Pricing: shown in Chilean pesos (VAT included) unless another currency is indicated at checkout.
• Renewal: the annual plan renews automatically every 12 months until you cancel; cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access through the paid expiration date.
• Refunds: governed by the relevant processor's policy (Mercado Pago or Apple) and applicable law.

Non-payment or an approved refund may revoke access to AI features tied to the purchased plan.

7. Third-party services

ViajAI uses third-party services for geographic data and travel searches. We do not sell flights or accommodation and are not party to those transactions. We may receive an affiliate commission without changing the displayed price.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may apply usage limits, perform maintenance or modify features.

9. Intellectual property

ViajAI software, design and brand belong to us or are licensed. You retain your rights in content you submit.

10. Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Analytics and replay require independent opt-in.

11. Deletion and suspension

You may delete your account in Profile or by email. We may suspend accounts for breach, abuse or security risk.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” ViajAI is not liable for decisions based on AI recommendations, third-party changes or indirect losses. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
