End User License Agreement

This Agreement governs your access to ViajAI as a progressive web application (PWA) and, where applicable, as a native iOS app distributed through the Apple App Store.

1. Right to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use ViajAI for lawful purposes, provided you comply with this agreement and the Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

• Do not copy, sell or commercially exploit the service.
• Do not bypass security controls, quotas or access limits.
• Do not scrape data or interfere with other users.
• Do not reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.

3. Content and AI

AI-generated itineraries are informational and may contain errors. Verify important decisions with official sources. Do not upload content you have no right to use.

4. In-app purchases (iOS)

On the iOS app, paid plans are offered as in-app purchases processed by Apple. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew under Apple's rules until you cancel them in your device Settings. Apple's pricing and refund terms apply to those transactions. See also the Terms and Conditions.

5. Updates

The PWA may update automatically. We may modify or suspend features for maintenance, security or product evolution.

6. Termination

You may terminate this agreement by deleting your account. We may suspend access for breach, abuse or security risk.

7. Warranties and governing law

ViajAI is provided “as is,” without warranties beyond those required by Chilean law. For support: soporte@viajai.cl.
